• Translated medical documents (to German or English).

• Written declaration on the absorption of all costs of treatment or a proof of a sponsor.

• A copy of the patient's travel passport.

 

A quote or an offer detailing the approximate costs of the treatment is sent from the hospital to the patient. This would include the costs of all tests or proposed operations and the necessary medical imaging. Should the offer be accepted, the patient is expected to transfer an initial partial payment to the hospital.
